At Playful Pixie, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we understand if you change your mind and would like to return or exchange your order.
You may return it or exchange with us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Kindly note that all return and exchange are self-arranged at your own expense. We recommend obtaining proof of posting, as the responsibility for returned items remains with the customer until they arrive at our facility. Unless the item that we sent out is defective or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return shipping costs.
Non-returnable and exchangeable items include:

-Items 7 days past the delivery date
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.
All return and exchange items must be in their original packaging, have intact original tags, and be in sellable condition to be eligible.
